Each Team must complete and submit all documents for the Team Book and submit to Viral Sports Football League [VSFL] administration before Coaches and Players can participate during full contact practice or game or regional / national event of any kind. “ALL” participant forms must be presented to the Coach or Team Administrator for inclusion in the team book and submitted to VSFL administration prior to participation in VSFL activities. All participants must download, complete and submit each document found here for the Participant Profile Information Packet.
